Humanure (the odorous exretions of human beings) can be recycled using natural processes without creating environmental pollution. And it can be done in your own backyard (just don’t tell your neighbors). Joseph Jenkins, author of the “The Humanure Handbook: A Guide to Composting Human Manure” will cover this topic at least a couple of inches deep.
