On-site needs for a typical presentation

If you are hosting Brad for a presentation, please provide the following:

• PowerPoint projector
• (Please send us your projector’s aspect ratio (4:3 or 16:9) in advance)
• Screen
• Mic (lavalier type, if possible)
• Table for book sales
• Volunteer to assist with book sales
• Chairs

Brad will bring:

• His presentation on a USB drive and on his Mac laptop
• The cable needed to connect his laptop to your projector

Books will be either shipped ahead of time or Brad will bring them.
